So, who else is excited for Magic Mike XXL?!

Joe Manganiello, who reprises his role of Big Dick Richie in the hotly anticipated sequel, told E! News last night at a party for Smart Watches that the film just wrapped this week and it was tough to say goodbye to his bros.

"We tried to stay up as late as we could before we all face-planted," he said, smiling. "It was sad saying goodbye to all those guys...Aside from making a really kickass movie I get to hang out with those guys."

But it wasn't always just the likes of Joe, Channing Tatum and Matt Bomer on the Savannah, Ga., set. Manganiello's main squeeze, Sofia Vergara, also stopped by one day—prompting a fair amount of speculation as to whether the voluptuous Modern Family star might be shooting a cameo.

"No," Joe said. "She was just there hanging out being supportive."

Well, there's certainly nothing wrong with that. Besides, Manganiello told us, XXL is going to be different from the original Magic Mike because, while the first film "was more about the romance...and had more of an art house feel, this one is more of a '70s road trip movie, like Easy Rider. Animal House, when they went out on the road."

"You're going to see more of the guys," he promised.

And speaking of trips, does the 38-year-old actor and Pittsburgh native have anything special planned for Thanksgiving this year?

"We're going to have a big, big, big Thanksgiving," Manganiello said, pretty much saying his family's having a XXXL turkey day. "My brother just had a baby, his first baby, my first niece. So my mother will fly out and we'll all get together, have the baby's first Thanksgiving."

So, has seeing his brother start a family made him any more interested in getting the ball rolling on his own brood? Watch the clip to see his reaction!
