Tori Spelling is on the mend slowly but surely.

After spending more than a week in a hospital room for bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, the True Tori star is back home with Dean McDermott and their four kids.

E! News has learned McDermott picked up his wife from Cedars-Sinai Hospital Friday afternoon, which ultimately allowed the hard-working mom to celebrate Halloween with her kids.

"She looked tired and her ankles looked swollen," an eyewitness told E! News after Spelling arrived back at home. "Dean helped her out of their SUV and into the house. She was moving very slowly."

Throughout the weekend, Spelling tried her best to relax while recovering in the privacy of her own home. McDermott even took the kids to school on Monday in hopes that his wife would have an easier morning.

But as any viewer of True Tori knows, Spelling has a lot on her plate and staying idle just isn't an option. Later in the day, the 41-year-old was picked up by her production team where she was taken to an undisclosed office building.

Wearing denim jeans, black heels and a floral top, Spelling appeared upbeat as she entered a meeting that lasted about four hours.

When asked about his wife's health earlier this week, McDermott revealed new details about her fragile condition.

"She's on the mend," he shared with E! News. "She's not 100 percent. She was taken down by bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, so she really got a one-two punch. It knocked her down pretty hard, so she's, you know, trying her best."

And while another source assures us she's "still taking it slow," her four kids are just happy to have mom home!

"All the kids are great," McDermott shared. "They're thrilled to have her home, so that's what's really important—having her home and getting her back to perfect health."
