While Savannah Guthrie may be accustomed to a 3 a.m. wake up call thanks to her newborn daughter Vale, the new mom had another reason important reason to set that early alarm: She's back on Today!

The 42-year-old mother of one returned to the NBC morning show on Monday less than three months after welcoming her baby girl with husband Mike Feldman

After 12 weeks of maternity leave, the TV personality arrived on set bright and early—and looking better than ever—showing off her post-baby bod in a fitted hot pink dress.

"It's so great to be back here, just to see everybody and all of our friends here behind the scenes," Guthrie gushed with a giant grin, adding that "I'm used to that 3 a.m. alarm, but it sounds more like a baby crying."

During her time away from Today, Guthrie and her husband "documented every wiggle and giggle" of their daughter's first days, and the two were kind enough to share their home video footage with their adoring fans.

The touching clip shows an emotional Savannah heading to the hospital to give birth and even sees the couple holding their bundle of joy for the very first time.

"When I lay my eyes on her, I'm just like 'There you are!'" the proud parent gushed, adding that Vale "looks a lot like Mike."

Of course the baby bloopers are also included as the first time mom admits, "They don't send you home with a little manual on what to do" before the video shows the couple adorably struggling with their daughter's car seat.

"This first month or so I really checked out. It just felt really important for to focus on her and family," the working mom explained, before praising her partner for being an "awesome dad."

And despite Savannah's killer career and strong support system, like any new mom, she was nervous to leave her little one and head back to work.

"I definitely don't want to paint a completely rosy picture. It's hard. You get very very exhausted, I'm terrified to come back to a job where I have to speak for a living because I honestly have a really hard time right now putting basic sentences together," she said before adding with a laugh, "Matt [Lauer] will be so gracious about that."

She noted that returning to work is "bittersweet" because the time with her daughter has felt "so precious and magical."

And in a particularly aww-worthy moment, the video shows Savannah waking up her daughter before her first day back and whispering to her "I'm going to work."
