People have a lot to say about Kim Kardashian. Whether it's her fashion, her features or anything in between, everyone has an opinion.
Kanye West's wife is used to this by now, and so is her famous family! Most recently, Kylie Jenner and her noticeably fuller lips were the rumor mill's target du jour. The 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tweeted Tuesday that she was "bored" by reports claiming she'd had lip injections, but she left it at that. In a video published that same day, big sis Kim took it a step further—revealing the secret to Kylie's perfect pout!
"She draws her lip [traces the outer ledge of her lip] and it looks amazing," the 34-year-old told Pixiwoo, a U.K. beauty blog hosted by sisters Sam and Nic Chapman. "She only wears a lip liner, an then she fills it in. She doesn't wear a lipstick or a gloss."
"She's really good at makeup," said Kim. North West's mama has a knack for it, too, thanks in part to the "makeup lessons" her father Robert Kardashian gave her for Christmas when she was 14. "At the time, he said, 'If my girls are going to start to wear makeup, I want them to look appropriate. I don't want them to wear too crazy of makeup,'" she recalled.
Admittedly, Kim still had her share of beauty blunders through the years, but more recently she seems to have come into her own style wise. Pixiwoo asked Kim how it felt being "a fashion icon"—something she quickly dismissed, saying, "I don't even think of myself like that!"
Citing Kate Moss and Carine Roitfeld as her personal style icons, Kim said she respects "any time someone really evolves and changes up their style."
She had make some wardrobe changes of her own during her pregnancy with North. "I wore my regular clothes and tried to make it—I would just buy it a size up," she said.
"I don't know if I would necessarily do that this time around," added Kim, who's been open about the fact that she and Kanye are trying for baby No. 2. "I would wear...well, at the end, I really needed maternity clothes."
"Pregnancy style is hard," she said with a laugh. "I'm not gonna lie!"
