Forget work! Lindsay Lohan is going on vacation.

I've just learned that the rehabbing Ms. Lohan will be jetting off to Italy not long after completing her treatment. But it's no party-hopping getaway. She'll be in Europe with mom Dina, sister Ali and brother Dakota.

"Dakota has a soccer game there, so they're all going to see him play," a source reports.

I'm told the Lohans will extend their stay for some family alone-time.

As first reported by TMZ, the 20-year-old starlet has dropped out of Woman of No Importance, an upcoming feature film costarring Annette Bening and directed by Bruce Beresford.

Let's just hope this vacation doesn't include the drama that Ms. Lohan had the last time she went to Italy.

In September, she and then boyfriend Harry Morton flew to England from Venice, where Lohan was promoting Bobby at the Venice Film Festival. After landing at London's Heathrow Airport, Lohan's orange Hermès bag, containing jewelry and asthma medication, went missing. Fortunately, the bag—containing all her valuables—was found and returned to the actress within twenty-four hours.

Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, could not confirm the upcoming trip. However, she said Lohan is expected to be quite busy in April promoting Georgia Rules, a drama costarring Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman. The movie, directed by Garry Marshall, opens in May.

"She's got many press commitments coming up for Georgia Rules," Sloane-Zelnick said.

In late April, Lohan is expected to start shooting The Best Times of Our Lives opposite Keira Knightley in London.

Asked how Lohan is doing, Sloane-Zelnick said, "She's on set today, and she's doing great."

Lohan is undergoing rehab treatment at night while spending days completing the drama, I Know Who Killed Me.
