We don't blame Corey for this horrible, way-off-base bid on a recent episode of The Price Is Right. The announcer really shoved it in everyone's faces that the hammock comes with a "signature stand" that was "crafted from Southern Cyprus." That hammock is classy as hell. Just look at it!
Still, it in no way deserves the guess that poor, poor Corey ventured to host Drew Carey. While most of the contestants placed the value around the $700-$1,200 mark, our hero Corey went balls to the wall with his bid:
You read that right. $7,000. For a hammock.
The woman next to him in contestant's row was like:
And after the audience was stunned silent, Corey was like:
Shockingly, the hammock was worth only $880 and not $7,000. Did Corey mean to say $700 or was he just so impressed with the "signature stand" that he had to throw out a price like that?
The world may never know.
