In his new music video for "Thinking Out Loud," the 23-year-old singer tries his hand at ballroom dancing with a sexy female companion. Sheeran looks dapper in the vid dressed in black pants, a white shirt and a crisp vest while his hot dancing partner sports a flowing white dress.
The duo hit the dance floor to show off their impressive moves. Their routine is filled with twirls, lifts and all kinds of technical maneuvers. At one point, Sheeran and his partner fall to the floor and roll around with each other romantically. Who knew Sheeran had such good moves?!
To learn the impressive dance sequence, Sheeran practiced for hours on end ahead of the music video shoot. "I can see why dancers are in such good shape," he told ET of his fitness routine, which also included a change in his diet. "I've dropped 35 pounds in like, three months just from not drinking beer."
As for "Thinking Out Loud," Sheeran says he thinks the romantic ballad definitely has what it takes to become a fan-favorite love song.
"I think this is gonna be one of those songs that gets played to death," Sheeran joked. "Then no one wants it at their wedding because they're just like, 'Oh yeah, that song's not special anymore.''"
