Ladies who lunch? More like bitches who brunch—at least, in the words of Amber Tamblyn

The Two and a Half Men star took to Instagram on Monday to share an adorable shot with her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants castmates, including America FerraraBlake Lively and Alexis Bledel, in which the four close pals are all beaming from ear-to-ear after enjoying a delightful meal together.

"Brunch with my best bitches. #sisterhood @preserve_us @americaferrera," the 31-year-old actress captioned the shot, making sure to tag Lively's new lifestyle website in the post. Tamblyn is snapping the shot of the fabulous foursome, who are seated at a long counter table with coffee mugs on display. The famous friends, who not only play BFFs on the big screen, but are also close pals in real life, appear to be wearing minimal makeup, keeping their looks casual for the low-key reunion.

The adorable shot also marks the first time we've seen Bledel since the former Gilmore Girls beauty secretly tied the knot with Mad Men star Vincent Kartheiser. According to reports, the two wed in an intimate ceremony in June in California.

Lively, Bledel, Ferrera and Tamblyn all co-starred together in the 2005 hit The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, based on the best-selling young adult novels by Ann Brashares. They later worked together on the 2008 sequel, remaining close friends as the years went by.

All of Tamblyn's Sisterhood co-stars attended her 2012 nuptials to David Cross, and likewise, the ladies were all in attendance when Lively said "I do" to hubby Ryan Reynolds at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, S.C. in 2012.

Earlier this year, it was announced that a third and final Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie is in the works. And while there's no word yet as to whether the beloved besties will reprise their roles, Ferrara told E! News in April that she would love to reunite with her BFFs for another sequel.

"I think it would be amazing if there was [another one]!" the actress told us at the X/Y junket at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival. "All four of us are very much connected to one another."

As for staying in touch, Ferrera dished, "Well, Amber is one of my best friends, as well as the other Sisterhood girls. We all have been friends for a decade now. We all went through our twenties together. All my Sisterhood girls are very close to me."

She added, "We all had such a rich and full friendship after that [movie]."

We can tell!
