Chloë Grace Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham make a perfect pair.

The young stars have fueled dating rumors in recent months, as they've been seen spinning at SoulCycle, walking the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards and attending the If I Stay movie premiere.

What does the 17-year-old actress love most about David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's 15-year-old son? "What I find really interesting about Brooklyn—and what I really love about that kid—is that he is passionate about what he wants, which is to be a professional soccer player," Chloë says in Teen Vogue's October 2014 issue. "And I enjoy someone who is on my level with the seriousness kind of thing."

Chloë may be a movie star, but she's still a normal person. Regarding her role in If I Stay, she says, "Real teenagers are not these shiny, pretty, happy people. Real teenagers fall in love. They get intimate. Some of them drink and some of them smoke. And kids push boundaries, and parents aren't always amazing."

Though she's quite independent, the Equalizer actress admits she still has to play by her mom's rules. "My mom tells me no all the time!" Chloë explains. "I tried to go to this pool party thing last night with 10 friends, and she was like, 'No! You slept over at your friend's last night—you need to stay home.'"

When she does go out, Chloë is on her best behavior. "I've never been the kid who wants to do crazy stuff," she tells Teen Vogue. "I tell my mom where I'm going. It's a pool party—I'm sure people are going to be drinking. But I'm not going to be drinking. I have a control issue. I like knowing who's around me."

The actress' four older brothers like to keep tabs on her personal life, too—particularly when it involves a potential love interest, like Brooklyn. "My brothers will follow them on Instagram and Twitter," Chloë says of having protective siblings. "It's a sort of [cyber warning] that says, 'I'm here. I'm on top of you.'"
