You think that every celeb on the planet has taken the Ice Bucket Challenge? Wrong. There are plenty of beloved stars who have stayed dry thus far, and we've had enough.
But in case you need a priority list, we ranked the 15 celebs who haven't done the IBC based on how badly we want to see them get soaking wet. So before this viral campaign dies down in Hollywood, let's start working our way down that list, OK?
