In season one, we saw botched noses, breasts, ears, mouths and even vaginas!

Michelle Blackwell had six nose surgeries before coming to see Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif! Desiree White's pubic area was in the completely wrong spot and Monique Allen had pixie ears, among other things.

Kimber James was one of the most interesting patients so far this season because she brought in a third doctor! Special guest Dr. Alter reconstructed her vagina to make it look and feel more natural.
Dr. Dubrow may be taller, but Dr. Nassif does have some big guns!
