Kim Kardashian wasn't shy while shooting the latest season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians about expressing her desire to get pregnant again soon.

"Let's hurry up and have the wedding so I can get pregnant again," the E! star said in a moment captured for this past Sunday's episode, during which preparations for her lavish nuptials in Italy (and that week-long pre-wedding extravanga in Paris) were in full swing back in May.

Well, more than three months later...nothing has changed!

Sources tell E! News that GQ's Woman of the Year is hoping to get pregnant with her and Kanye West's second child together in the near future, wanting daughter North West to have a sibling sooner rather than later.

However, one source says, Kim is also approaching the subject thinking "when and if it happens," and she isn't stressing out over it. She's also very much focused on her career and her health and fitness, the insider adds.

But the E! star "definitely wants to give North a brother or sister, too," another source adds. "She thinks having a boy for Kanye would be so cute. She also has always wanted kids close to each other in age," just as Kim and sisters Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian are.

"She will be pregnant, she says, by the end of the year," the source tells us.

In the meantime, as Kim has also said multiple times, she has re-focused on eating right and keeping her weight down.

"She is eating super-healthy and low-carb to get back in shape," the source says. "She is walking, jogging, using weights and spinning. She also uses Kanye's trainer, who was with them on tour."

Kanye, of course, "loves Kim's body and tells her it's perfect the way it is," the insider adds.  But "she is wanting to get into some jeans she has that she wore at her skinniest. She keeps them as her motivation."
