Aces!

It's the best news we've heard all week! Allison Tolman's time on Fargo might have ended, but she won't be away from our TV's for long, since she just signed up for a sweet gig on The Mindy Project!

TV Guide first reported that the actress—who was a virtual unknown before she was cast as Molly Solverson on the FX miniseries Fargo—will guest star in two episodes as a romance novelist named Abby Berman who makes the mistake of going on a blind date with Peter (Adam Pally).

Tolman joins an ever-growing list of some of the best guest stars on TV, including Rhea Perlman as Danny's mom, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Rob McElhenny as Morgan's cousin, and Shonda Rhimes as herself.

As huge fans of Fargo and Tolman herself, we could not be more excited about this news!

The Mindy Project returns to Fox on Tuesday, September 16 at 9:30 p.m.
