Eva Mendes is indeed out of rehab—but only temporarily.

A rep for the actress confirmed Mendes has returned to Los Angeles but said she soon plans to head back to the facility where she is being treated.

"Eva is attending to some personal business in Los Angeles and intends to return to complete her treatment shortly," publicist Brad Cafarelli said in a statement.

Mendes has reportedly been receiving care at Utah's Cirque Lodge, which has counted both Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen among its patients in the past.

Reports that Mendes had checked out of the program started swirling after she was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday.

Mendes, 33, reportedly decided to seek professional help for some undisclosed "personal issues" last month.

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support," Cafarelli said last week.

Up ahead, the actress is slated to star in a forthcoming global advertising campaign for an as yet unrevealed fragrance by Calvin Klein.

The company has vowed to stand by Mendes "during this difficult time."

On the big screen, Mendes will next be seen in The Women, due out Oct. 10.
