Chris O'Dowd may have just nominated the youngest person possible for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

The 34-year-old actor headed to Twitter Wednesday afternoon to share his highly anticipated soaking.

"I've been nominated by a bunch of bloody idiots," O'Dowd jokes. "So I guess it's time."

But in a surprise turn of events, O'Dowd decides to pass the challenge on to a very special person.

"I'd like to nominate Baby O'Porter," he shares with fans. Yes, O'Dowd and his wife, Dawn O'Porter, are expecting a baby!

The camera pans to O'Porter who can't help but show off her growing baby bump.

Holding a small glass of ice cold water, the mom-to-be pours the liquid onto her growing belly.

"So brave," the actor says in his absolutely irresistible accent. So cute!

The baby will be the couple's first child together. They got married in 2012.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has raised more than $88.5 million for Lou Gehrig's Disease. Jennifer Aniston, Rihanna, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams are some of the most recent stars to participate.
