FAMEFLYNET PICTURES Looks like Pamela Anderson has put that divorce filing in the past.
E! News confirms that the 47-year-old actress has petitioned to have a judge toss out her divorce filing against husband Rick Salomon, from whom she filed for divorce in July, following the pair's second attempt at marriage.
In the court documents obtained by E! News, the erstwhile Baywatch star requested to have the case dismissed on August 21.
Anderson filed for divorce on July 3 after less than six months of marriage, citing irreconciable differences as the reason for the split. The pair swapped vows on Jan. 9, a little less than six years after Pam had their first brief marriage annulled.
Just two weeks after the divorce filing, the on-again-off-again couple was spotted packing on the PDA in Malibu, thereby dropping the first hint that they had reconciled.
The blond bombshell and the 46-year-old celeb's first go-around at marriage kicked off in October 2007 when they swapped vows in Las Vegas, only to have Pam file to have the marriage annulled by the following February.
Two days after the stunning star filed to split from her hubby (for the second time), Anderson penned a lengthy original poem about love, heartbreak and more in which she mused:
"No man knows what to do with me--
I blame myself--
To play with me, is eternal--
I'm not 'on the clock' or...
on the 'payroll'—"
And:
"I knew it was wrong from the start--
primitive-- base instinct..
Never marry a rich man...
Euros from a Vagabond.."
This was the third marriage for Anderson and second for Salomon, not including their previously annulled union and Rick's marriage to Shannen Doherty, which was also annulled. Anderson has two sons with first ex-husband Tommy Lee, while Saloman has two daughters with his first wife, Elizabeth Daily.
