What a way to end the show!

After Seth Meyers wrapped up the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards Monday, the host walked backstage and immediately accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from Jessica Biel and his cousin, Ben Olsen. "I nominate Vladimir Putin," the 40-year-old comedian said as the band played loudly in the background.

The short video was posted to Late Night With Seth Meyers' Instagram page moments later. "You didn't think we'd end the #Emmys without Seth doing the #alsicebucketchallenge, did you?" the caption read.

Meyers won over the audience early on, delivering a killer monologue and sharing bits with pals Billy Eichner and Amy Poehler. Earlier that night on the red carpet, he spoke to E! News' Giuliana Rancic about his nerves. "This is just a mask. Much like a lot of people in Hollywood, I'm wearing a mask right now that's hiding my true self," he joked. "Inside, not calm, not collected, but I can fake it 'til I make it."

Human rights lawyer Alexi Ashe was there to keep her hubby calm. "If anything goes on, she'll be in the audience," Meyers explained. "If things go wrong and it seems like I'm looking at one person, it's her."
