Jimmy Kimmel's Emmys speech had the audience in stitches, but not everyone was safe from his spot-on jokes.

Matthew McConaughey and Ricky Gervais in particular got the short straw during Kimmel's roast of the television industry. Kimmel said McConaughey had "a movie star face" especially after his numerous film and TV nominations. We've all been thinking this, but Kimmel said it best: "How many of those speeches are we supposed to sit through...?"

After accusing McConaughey of not even owning a TV after trading it for a conch shell full of marijuana, Kimmel turned his attention to Gervais, accusing the British actor of having "a television face." More specifically, "It's a Netflix face."

Gervais made some hysterical contortions of his facial features and took Kimmel's mocking in stride. Kimmel closed with one last dig against McConaughey:

"I'm gonna give out an award, not to you, to someone else. And while I'm doing it, I want you and your brother Rooster to pack up your bongos and your patchouli oils and your bong shaped like Willie Nelson's boot and go to Burning Man or something. Because you don't belong here. And take Julia Roberts with you, while you're at it."
