Sam Smith has no shortage of celebrity pals!
The 22-year-old British singer performed "Stay With Me" at the 2014 MTV VMAs Sunday, but he also made time to selfie it up with big name stars like Beyoncé, Katy Perry, and Kim Kardashian!
Earlier in the evening, Sam struck a pose with the 2014 Video Vanguard Award award winner herself—it wasn't technically a selfie,but it was a cute picture nonetheless! He's actually gushed about Queen Bey before, but he played it totally cool in the shot he posted to Instagram.
Throughout the night, Sam and Katy, who paid homage to Britney Spears' amazing 2001 VMA denim dress with a blue jean number of her own, selfied it up in the audience. He captioned one Instagram shot of the pals, simply, "I love you @katyperry."
The "Dark Horse" singer even managed to photobomb Sam's picture with Iggy Azalea by throwing her hand into the shot and sneak her way into another pic of Sam and Miley Cyrus!
Kanye West's wife actually had the honor of introducing "my friend" and his live performance of "Stay With Me." Kim, along with sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, was into Sam's heartfelt rendition of the hit song, and it seems the feeling is mutual! He Instagrammed a snap with the three sisters, writing simply, "Love these girls."
