Celebs Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale celebrated their little man's special day with a fun birthday lunch at Cecconi's in West Hollywood earlier today, E! News exclusively learns. Instead of having a huge blowout, the famous parents got together with a few of their nearest and dearest, which consisted of around 10 people.
"They brought out a big white cake and Zuma blew out the candles," an eyewitness tells us, adding that papa Gavin almost missed it!
We're told Rossdale was at the other end of the table and was either talking to someone or was on the phone and didn't realize the cake had come out. "When he realized he missed it, he ran over and they lit the candles again so he can see Zuma blow them out," the eyewitness said.
The family outing comes during a very busy time for Gwen, who will soon make her debut on The Voice, and E! News shared an exclusive first look at season seven earlier today. The sneak peek gave us our first taste of what Gwen and Pharrell are bringing to the NBC reality hit series and we already can't wait for more, especially after seeing the "Hollaback Girl" singer banter with fellow judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton!
And it seems Gwen is just as obsessed with the show as we are, saying, "I'm looking next to me and I see Pharrell here, Adam here, I just had this realization of like, 'I love this show!'"
The Voice returns Sept. 22 on NBC.
