You may be asking yourself, "How does someone so reasonably sized eat approximately 24,000 calories of cookie dough and ice cream in under an hour?" Well, Matt Stonie is 120 pounds to be exact and he didn't technically finish all 23,650 calories. He made a valiant effort, though.

You may know Stonie from his incredible feat of consuming four Chipotle burritos and one Diet Coke in three minutes. Said video went viral earlier this year and left people wondering, "Who is this guy? And how dare he eat four Chipotle burritos and not stop to enjoy them?"

Well, Stonie is back with a more egregious food challenge. This time, he bakes a giant (and we mean GIANT) cookie dough bowl and fills it with a gallon of ice cream.

First, Stonie uses what appears to be five (FIVE) tubes of cookie dough to fill a giant mixing bowl.

He then displays what is a cookie dough bowl the size of a large infant.

He cooks the bowl for about five hours. (Yes, you read that right. How is he this patient?)

Stonie then empties A GALLON OF ICE CREAM into the bowl.

TWENTY-THREE-THOUSAND, SIX-HUNDRED AND FIFTY CALORIES. That's almost double what Michael Phelps eats in a day.

And if the bowl and ice cream aren't enough, Stonie adds chocolate sauce and a cherry to add just a feeew more calories.

Stonie proves he's a barbarian when it comes to food.

Seriously. This guy.

At 30 minutes in, Stonie starts to lose steam.

And at 50 minutes, Stonie gives up completely. But not before consuming over three quarters of this monstrosity.

We always assumed competitive eaters were morbidly obese hermits, but Stonie has proven us otherwise. This challenge makes us physically sick, and it made Stonie sick, too. Don't try this at home, kids. Seriously.
