While Jennifer Aniston's bangin' bod has been the envy of many for years, there's no doubt the 45-year-old stunner works incredibly hard to maintain her super-fit figure.

The former Friends star is currently celebrating fiancé Justin Theroux's 43rd birthday—which also marks the couple's two-year anniversary—with a romantic vacation in Bora Bora (meaning, she's undoubtedly parading around in a bevy of itty-bitty bikinis).

So how does Jen stay in shape so she can sport those two pieces like pro? Celebrity yoga instructor Mandy Ingber spoke to ABC News and opened up about the actress's fitness routine, admitting its all about amping up the cardio when Aniston is looking to "trim down."

"Jen's a very consistent exerciser and eater," Ingber said. "But when she has something she needs to focus a little more on, she just tightens it up a little bit."

In terms of her diet, Ingber stressed that consistency is key, but noted that Jen will cut back if she wants to look her best for a special occasion.

"She won't have the extra chips," Ingber explained. "It's kind of like just being disciplined, she's like anyone else that she goes through those times when she can lose a little, but pretty much she's always in great shape."

If Aniston does slip up on her diet, then it's all about adding additional cardio to her everyday fitness routine.

"We up the cardio a little bit, if she's looking to sort of trim down," she said. "So we add a little more cardio to the yoga, but also what she puts into her body is essential. That really is 80 percent of it... it's not a big deal if you have a bite of this or that if you are mostly eating well."

As for the areas Aniston targets in her exercises?

"She focuses on butt exercises for sure, I'll add some squats into the yoga routine," Ingber said, adding, "She likes to focus on that like most women. Most of us want that area a little higher."

Still, despite Jen's dedication to her figure, Ingber insists that Aniston's positive outlook on life is part of what gives her that famous glow.

"She's an incredibly inspiring woman," she gushed. "An incredibly positive person, it's so obvious, everyone that works around her is doing really well, it's a lot because of her positivity is very contagious."

Aniston recently opened up about her world-famous figure in an interview with Yahoo Beauty and admitted that she "would love to drop five pounds."

"I usually give myself bread on the weekends, but really, my body doesn't love carbs," Aniston revealed after confessing that she broke her diet before the sit-down and ate a bagel (gasp!). "These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age."
