A BFF is simply the best for lifting up your spirits.

Just two days after E! News exclusively revealed that Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence are seeing each other, Gwyneth Paltrow's bestie Jessica Seinfeld took to Instagram to praise her pal, whom she called a "wise and steady North Star."

"I have never met anyone with more true and loyal best friends than this baby girl. She is deeply and intensely loved by her friends," the Baby Buggy founder captioned the pic, in which she and Paltrow are smiling from ear to ear while sharing a sweet embrace.

"I hope each of you has someone in your life that is a wise and steady North Star like this one is to so many," she continued. "Why not tag those people in your life who kill it in the friendship department? It's Show Appreciation Sunday. (I made that up)."

But that wasn't all Jerry Seinfeld's missus had to say via the photo-sharing site. Hours later, the 42-year-old posted a telling Instagram shot with a poignant message for all her haters (or perhaps Patlrow's critics).

"One approach to take with those intent on bringing negativity and judgement into your world," she wrote as the caption to an image which read, "Keep your head high and your middle finger higher." "The other is to laugh and love your people ❤❤❤and always CHOOSE JOY."

Seinfeld's Instagram shots come just two days after E! News exclusively reported that Paltrow's ex and the Silver Linings Playbook star have been spending quality together since late June after the Oscar winner split with her X-Men costar Nicholas Hoult.

The Coldplay frontman and the Iron Man 3 star announced their separation after more than 10 years of marriage in March. The two made the announcement on the Oscar winner's website, Goop, with a post titled "Conscious Uncoupling."

Since the breakup, the exes have remained more than amicable and were even still living together at their Brentwood home in June (Gwyneth has yet to comment in regards to Martin's latest romance).

"They've tried to keep things as stable and consistent as possible for their kids," a source told E! News at the time. "They spend a lot of time together as a family and haven't changed things since they announced they were splitting up. Other than taking off their wedding bands, they seem closer than ever."

But Martin isn't the only half of the consciously uncoupled pair who has been making headlines for his love life.

Apple and Moses' mama has been romantically linked to Glee co-founder Brad Falchuk as of late. The two have been spotted dining together multiple times after the past few weeks, sparking relationship reports.

Meanwhile, Martin recently opened up about his relationship with his former spouse in an interview with Ryan Seacrest. The British rocker explained that he and his ex are "friends and proud parents. There's lots of love, and that's it."
