Celebrities may have glam squads at their fingertips to get them red carpet ready, but lucky for us, perhaps the most important part of any look – softer, smoother skin – isn't hard to achieve.  Here are some tips that'll help achieve beautiful-looking skin.

1. Start in the Shower: While a steaming hot shower may seem like a good idea, think twice about the water temperature.  Hot water strips the skin of natural oils and can dry it out.  Instead, opt for warm water and make sure to use a beauty product like New Dove Body Wash that adds moisture and provides softer, smoother skin after just one shower.

2. Exfoliate Cautiously: Regular exfoliation speeds up the cell turn over process, which will keep your skin looking fresh. Use a gentle scrub or AHA like glycolic or lactic acid on your body and face once a week.  But be careful, over exfoliating will backlash and dry out your skin.

3. A DIY Face Mask: Apply a thick layer of whole milk yogurt to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes.  The DIY remedy acts like an anti-aging treatment, because yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps to slough off dead skin cells and shrink the appearance of large pores.

4. Drink Water: Besides being good for your body, drinking water helps to clear toxins out of your system.  Think of it as hydrating from the inside out, which can also help make your skin more elastic.
