But it's not the hefty price tag (or breathtaking architecture) that's making headlines—it's that the digs are reportedly where the 44-year-old spent her separation period away from husband Michael Douglas.
The A-list couple reunited for their first joint public appearance back in April after announcing their trial separation in August 2013. And it seems the time apart to "evaluate and work on their marriage" has paid off, with Zeta-Jones bidding farewell to her separation home for good.
But back to the real estate—the 6,600 square-foot pad boasts six bedrooms, six baths and loads of colonial charm. Zeta-Jones purchased the home for just over $5 million back in 2010, and poured in major renovations in 2013 including an impressive master closet addition, a guest house and gourmet kitchen to list a few upgrades.
