Elizabeth Banks, Ansel Elgort and more stars are getting in on the #IceBucketChallenge!

Celebs have been taking to social media to share photos and videos of themselves dumping buckets of ice water on their heads to raise awareness and money for Lou Gehrig's disease (also known as ALS) research.

Elgort recently took to Instagram to share a video of himself shirtless during the do-gooder act. "ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE PART II ! You can find the full vid on YouTube I just tweeted a link. This is for a good cause, #als aka #lougehrigsdisease research! I may scream like a girl at the end, but I donated like a man!!! (Lol) I gave 500$ today! What will you give??" the Fault in Our Stars actor captioned the video.

Meanwhile, Banks posted her own video on her website and challenged Seth Rogen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Nathan Fillion to make their own ice bucket videos. Lance Bass also shared his own Instagram video of the chilling challenge.

One of the most unexpected stars to get in on the craze is Martha Stewart! Matt Lauer challenged her to the challange and she happily accepted and made her own video. After dousing herself with water, Stewart challenged Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively and Ellen DeGeneres to take on the good cause.
