Alyssa Milano is really looking forward to meeting her baby girl!

The 41-year-old Mistresses star celebrated the impending arrival of her and hubby David Bugliari's daughter with a flower-filled baby shower on Sunday. The former child star and her gal-pals went all out with the vibrant theme, with Alyssa rocking a flower crown and a floral Dolce & Gabbana dress!

The pregnant beauty Instagrammed several pictures of "My sprinkle" (her baby-to-be!) "and my girls," cutely adding a #StyleTheBump hashtag.

As for the food? Isiah Seay, owner of La Roots Catering, told E! News the ladies enjoyed Italian dishes for a little bit of comfort food, "[but] nothing heavy." Some of the party favorites included "lighter egg dishes" and "things like fritata cupcakes."

"They all loved it," Seay said. "It was a mellow quaint shower. She wanted to keep it all family. They were painting onesies and there was a little Mimosa bar. Obviously Alyssa wasn't drinking, but the family was. There was Guava lime-aid and watermelon rosemary lemonade and they used those to make mimosa with fresh berries."

Yun! This will be the second baby for Alyssa, who also has a 2-year-old son named Milo with her CAA agent hubby. Many fellow moms are appreciative of Alyssa's honest approach to a healthy pregnancy. "A female body is not made to look good in a bikini. It's made to give birth and have a baby and be a cozy companion for it afterward," she told Fit Pregnancy. "And for my body, that meant putting on a lot of weight."

"I didn't indulge in fast food or junk food, so I knew it was a healthy weight," she said. "I just realized: This is what my body needs to do to have a healthy baby."

As she explained it to the mag, "We don't get hungry when we're pregnant for no reason."

"You're making a skeletal system. You're making organs," she said. "I refuse to look at the scale. I didn't look at the scale with Milo until the day I gave birth. It's funny, my file was open at my appointment yesterday and there was a big Post-it note that said, 'She does not want to know her weight.'"

Hey, do what works for you! It seems, too, that whatever Alyssa is doing is resulting in a healthy, happy pregnancy!
