While it's common for high-fashion models to pose nude—including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Gisele BündchenKate Upton, who is undoubtedly one of the hottest models of the moment, isn't sure if stripping down for the camera is the right move for her career.

Men of the world, we'll let you have a moment to shed a tear.

"For me those photos are art," the 22-year-old stunner, who has graced the covers of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Sports Illustrated, explained to Details.com of high-fashion nude pics. "Your body is art, your body is beautiful, and to be photographed in that way is amazing and it's received in a very positive way."

So then why does the blond bombshell have her own hesitations? Two words: social media.

"But with social media and the Internet and not so great blogs and the attention like that, I don't think that my pictures would be received in the way that I'd want them to be received," Justin Verlander's GF admitted. "That's why I've stayed away from them. I really appreciate those photos and I think those women are beautiful, but I think social media and the Internet has prevented me from putting myself out there like that."

(It's worth noting that the sexy stunner has posed topless for German Vogue—and even defied gravity in a bikini—although she has yet to bare all in the name of "art").

This isn't the first time The Other Woman star has been asked if she'd be willing to shed her clothes for a shoot. Upton previously opened up about the possibility of posing for Playboy while speaking with British GQ last month.

"I never like to say never because there are circumstances that I could do pretty much anything if it inspires me and if I think that it's cool at the time," she shared. "But right now, at this point in my career, I'm not doing Playboy."

During her chat with Details, the buxom beauty was also asked how she deals with the fact that the majority of the population refers to the stunner as a "blond bombshell"?

"It's where I've started and it's what I've accomplished, so I'm happy about it," she said. "But the more my career grows, I think that people will see that I have a lot more to offer and a lot more to give, but I want to do it right and that's why it's taking me time. I'm patient about it...I always had in my mind where I should be at a certain stage."

Guess we'll have to wait and see if nudity will ever be part of the equation.
