Forget YOLO, we are all about YOPO this summer.

What does YOPO stand for, you ask? Oh sorry, we sometimes forget everyone is not as hip and with it as we are. It stands for You Only Paradise Once. Sadly, we can't take credit it for the catchphrase that will surely be sweeping the nation at any moment as the contestants on Bachelor in Paradise actually coined the brilliant phrase.

And in an exclusive sneak peek at Monday's all-new episode of ABC's latest Bachelor spinoff series, we learn YOPO is not just a catchphrase, but "is definitely a way of life," AshLee asserts. (And you'd be wise to listen to her...given how, um, persistent she can be. Right, Clare?)

So what else does one have to do to qualify as being part of the YOPO movement? "Going hard and having fun," is Sarah's definition.

And that seems to be exactly what the cast is doing in our exclusive clip above when they welcome new castmember Chris Bukowski (yes, the guy who tried and failed to crash Andi Dorfman's season) to Mexico, with the night getting "pretty wild." On Bachelor in Paradise, this means two female contestants end up making out with each other. Obviously.

Live, love and YOPO, y'all.

Bachelor in Paradise airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
