Everything OK, Kristin Chenoweth?

The actress worried her Twitter fans Monday after she gave a tiny update on her health. "Back in la. Unable to move. Numbness and tingling in arm. Going to cedars dr tomorrow. Ah anyone who prays please do!" the 46-year-old star wrote. Less than 12 hours later, she tweeted, "Waiting on MRI results. No matter what I will be ok. Thanks everything for praying and sending good vibes. #thinkingpositive."

Chenoweth didn't disclose the details of her injury until Tuesday. "Thanks for all the good vibes everyone. Stupid ole neck flares up again," the Broadway star tweeted. "Thanks for the 'neck' support!"

In July 2012, a falling light fixture seriously injured Chenoweth on the set of CBS' The Good Wife. In fact, that accident made her leave the show. Several months later, she admitted to still being "issue-ridden."

In her 30s, Chenoweth was diagnosed with asthma and Ménière's disease, a disorder of the inner ear that can cause vertigo. The latter is worsened by sodium, forcing the Tony winner to revamp her diet.

Managing her health is a top priority. "All of us want to look great—it would be a lie if I didn't say that," Chenoweth said in Women's Running's June 2014 issue. "But honestly, when I hit 40, it really became more about how I feel than how I look. When I'm 60, I want to feel 50. I want to be able to enjoy life."
