When it comes to super fit moms, Megan Fox is sitting pretty at the top of the list.

The 28-year-old mother of two stepped out to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiere in Los Angeles on Sunday looking gorgeous in a white strapless mini dress.

Luckily, Megan wasn't staying mum on her post-baby workout routine. She spilled the specifics to E! News, revealing, "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."

As for her diet? It's a strict no-carbs menu every single day. "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she said. "The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day."

And when it comes to splurge foods, she always has her daydreams. "I don't have any cheat days," she admitted. "But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."
