Watch: Blake Shelton Calls Adam Levine What?!

It's tough for Blake Shelton to miss an opportunity to tease Adam Levine.

Such was the case when he sat down to talk to his fans in the midst of his first concert at Madison Square Garden Friday, with the Voice judge taking some time to dish on his experience on the Voice (and throw a jab Levine's way).

"[The show] is It's more fun than you can imagine. I can't believe I got that gig. I've gotten to meet some of the coolest people doing that show," the country crooner told the audience. "All of the different performers they have, working with all the other coaches, except Adam—Adam's a douchebag—but, working with all the other coaches has been awesome… he is going to see that on youtube or something I just know."

Levine aside, Shelton made sure to give props to season two Voice contest Gwen Sebastian, who is touring with him, saying, "one of the reoccurring fights I get at with my wife is who gets to take her out and have her sing. I won this year."

The "My Eyes" singer went on to say how "epic" and "amazing" it was that he was performing in Madison Square Garden, adding that he felt like he didn't belong there because it was made for more "poppy" singers like Taylor Swift.

To make the most of the experience, Shelton asked fans to give him a "Taylor Swift moment" and light the room up with their cell phones. JCPenney will continue its philanthropic partnership with the music superstar, who gave a free concert in Atlantic City Thursday, as a sponsor of his "Ten Times Crazier" concert tour.
