Apparently, pregnancy has given Scarlett Johansson a sweet tooth.

The expectant actress, along with fiancé Romain Dauriac attended a birthday bash on Sunday at The Beatrice Inn in NYC's West Village, thrown by Kevin and Rick Yorn in honor of their brother Pete ringing in the big 4-0 (ScarJo and Pete previously collaborated on the album Break Up).

New couple Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden were along the some 30 guests in attendance at the exclusive party, which was hosted in a private dining room.

Attendees arrived around 7 p.m. before they dined on gourmet dishes. According to an eyewitness, Cameron feasted on the special dry-age burger and "loved it" before wrapping up her meal with a special dark chocolate cake, which Scarlett also indulged in, seemingly satisfying her pregnancy cravings.

"Both Cameron and Scarlett couldn't get enough of it,  they enjoyed every bite" the source said, adding that the Yorn brothers provided a fabulous wine selection for their guests (although of course, the mama-to-be skipped out on the booze!).

"Everyone stayed pretty late, after dinner guests hung out at the bar and the dining room," the insider continued. "Everyone was very happy, warm, close, enjoying each other's company."

During the bash, a "glowing" Johansson was also spotted cozying up to her beau, who undoubtedly doted on his pregnant ladylove throughout the evening.

Johansson has maintained a relatively low-profile since E! News was first to report the star's pregnancy back in March.

She was noticeably absent at this year's San Diego Comic-Con (presumably due to her pregnancy), although she was seen out and about with her man on Tuesday afternoon in NYC, where she debuted a short new pixie 'do while concealing her baby bump in a pair of baggy overalls.

As for what kind of mother the Her star will be?

"She's the greatest," Robert Downey Jr. gushed to E! News of his Avengers costar at the recent comic convention. "I know she's gonna be a great mom."

We agree! Can't wait to meet the little one.
