Justin Jedlica—better known as the Human Ken Doll—feels misunderstood.

In an exclusive sneak peek from this Sunday's episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now?, Jedlica speaks candidly about the criticism he faces on a daily basis. "I think I have a very clear picture of what I look like. I'm not unhappy with the way that I look but if I choose to express my creativity through my plastic surgery, it's no different than someone in fashion who deals with trends," the 33-year-old argues. "I mean, standards of beauty change. Ideals of beauty change. I don't understand why people think you have to be committed to the human form and that you shouldn't be able to retain control to change it."

Jedlica, who's undergone more than 90 cosmetic procedures, even shows his bicep implant designs.

Yes, you read that correctly—he's that involved in his surgeries.

To see why he felt the need to go to such lengths, watch the first look video clip now.

Oprah: Where Are They Now? airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
