Tyra Banks would be so proud.

Rapper Kanye West showed off his modeling skils when he flaunted an impressive smize on the cover of GQ's August issue. Keeping it simple in a white V-neck shirt, thin gold chain and his staple beige coat, Yeezy put on his usual mysterious, no-smile face for the popular mag, which hits newsstands on July 29.

"Kanye West, man of many talents, style god of epic proportions, new father, devoted husband, and now, a GQ cover," the website states.

While the magazine has yet to reveal the goodness given from their interview with 'Ye, the cover teases that "Kanye West tells us how to grow up, survive a wedding, stay outrageous, and dress like a God."

Yep, that sounds about right.

West has been busy recording new music during his vacation in Mexico with Kim Kardashian and baby girl North West. "His whole crew is out there recording," a source exclusively told E! News. "His whole music studio was shipped out. It's been amazing."

We were also told that Kanye has had North in the studio with him half the time, the 1-year-old being one of her hip-hop superstar daddy's biggest fans. "She loves music and is obsessed with hearing it in the studio," our source said.

Do we have a future musician on our hands?!
