Teen Mom 2 is heading to jail.

In tonight's Season 5 premiere of the MTV hit series, Jenelle Evans, who was pregnant at the time but has since given birth to her second child, and her beau Nathan Griffith are finally faced with the consequences of their September 2013 brush with the law, which resulted in Nathan being arrested for a DUI, speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license following the incident.

We've got an exclusive sneak peek at the expecting pair's intense meeting with their lawyer, Amy Lawrence, where they receive some no good, very bad news.

While Jenelle learns that the charges against her were dismissed, which she thinks is "cool, awesome," Nathan isn't quite as lucky as he must plead guilty to a misdemeanor and other minor ordinances to dismiss the felony charge against him.

Yes, this means jail time. But will he be out in time for the birth of their first child? Press play on the exclusive sneak peek above to find out.

And as if learning that you are heading to jail isn't enough, Nathan and Jenelle's lawyer isn't sugar-coating it, telling Nathan, who doesn't want to plead guilty to resisting arrested, that he acted like a "complete a--hole" and that he "might have a drinking problem." She tells him, "You got too much to be excited about. You have a baby coming, you've got a girlfriend that you love." Amen, lawyer lady!

But things have been looking up recently for the couple as Jenelle gave birth to their first child together in June, a baby boy named Kaiser.

Kaiser joins older brother, 5-year-old Jace, from Jenelle's previous relationship, and Nathan's daughter, Emery, 3, from a previous relationship.

Teen Mom 2 returns tonight at 10 p.m. on MTV.
