The Million Dollar Listing family is growing and moving to San Francisco. Bravo announced the new reality series at the 2014 TCA Summer Press Tour. This is the fourth Million Dollar Listing program on the network with Los Angeles, Miami and New York also in the franchise. Million Dollar Listing New York has been renewed for a fourth season.

Randy Barbato, the executive producer of the Million Dollar Listing franchise, said San Francisco has "been on our list for a while" and credited the city's "really interesting" architecture. According to Barbato, in terms of luxury markets it's New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami and Washington, DC. "I think we're OK with four," Barbato said of possible plans for a fifth series.

All of the realtors said the show has been a tool to grow their business, even with some of the antics that go on while the cameras are rolling. "It's a fabulous tool…if you think about it, it's the best source of advertising," Josh Flagg of MDL: LA said.

"Priceless," realtor Samantha DeBianchi said. And what about regrets?

"The show is real; in life you have good times and bad times...life isn't all rainbows and fairies," she said.

When asked about the relation to hair gel (if you've seen the shows, you know there's a lot of product going on there) and sales, New York's Luis D. Ortiz said, "Presentation is pretty much everything...the way we dress and present ourselves" is similar to how they present their listings.

MDL: LA will return without Madison Hildebrand and with two new realtors. Flagg praised their inclusion. "The new agents on the show are wonderful, they add a great element on the show," he said."I'll miss Madison, I hope that I continue to be in his life." However, Flagg's costar Josh Altman was singing a different tune. "I won't miss him, but wish him best on future endeavors," he said.

The Million Dollar Listing production is different than most shows, each season spans a year in the lives of the realtors in order to capture the life of a listing. For some, including New York agent Ortiz, the show has become so much more.

"This show has become much more than real estate," he said, "It's become a very inspirational show for people...[the show] shows how we started from the bottom and constantly evolve, how we fight so much...we're warriors...we evolve and we grow, that's what I feel the show is becoming about. Most of you may have not seen the show before I am so proud of being a part of the franchise."
