She has a reputation for delivering the sophistication factor to the red carpet, not to mention she's got a loyal celeb fan base boasting Jordin Sparks, Nia Long and America Ferrera to name a few.
We caught up with the in-demand designer on all things fashion, work and her go-to guilty pleasure (hint: it's fried and delicious). Keep reading to hear everything Nicole had to say!
How did you get started in your career?
I went to RISD and Chambre Sydicale in Paris.
What is a typical day like for you?
I get in early, around 8- 8:30 a.m.
Describe your work environment.
It's like working in a candy store– lots of colorful and fun things around.
Tell us about your office décor or creative inspiration.
Lots of memorabilia and personal artwork.
Describe your office style. What do you typically wear to work?
Skinny pants and shirt – generally black, occasionally a dress.
Where do you shop for work clothes?
Right here!
What are your favorite brands of accessories?
I like Jade Jagger necklaces and Virgins Saints and Angels. My favorite bags are MCM.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Pedicures and foot massages… that or Popeyes chicken!
What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Never say never!
What are your travel must-haves?
Conditioner and shower caps – you never know which hotel will scrimp on those.
What are your beauty must-haves?
I am always changing my nail polish – I have amassed quite the collection at my office! Right now I am loving anything butter LONDON.
What is your go-to lunch? Favorite snack? Morning beverage?
I rarely go out for lunch, but if I do I go to The Standard. Otherwise, I will have our chef Beverly's home cooking or order up from Larb Ubol or Schnippers. I am always snacking on potato chips, and my go-to morning beverage is a flat white.
