Jesse Tyler Ferguson is poking fun at his Modern Family co-star's hot new romance. Earlier today, Ferguson shared a funny tweet in reference to the recent news that Sofía Vergara is dating Joe Manganiello.

"All these rumors are crazy... Here's the truth: I'M actually dating @SofiaVergara...it happened after @JoeManganiello & I broke up," Ferguson wrote.

And it turns out the super-hot True Blood hunk and his lady approve of the joke, because Manganiello swiftly retweeted the funny post and Vergara also shared it and added, "what????!!!!"

Ferguson isn't the only one of Vergara's TV co-stars to poke fun and her relationship with Manganiello. Eric Stonestreet also tweeted today, writing, "@jessetyler @SofiaVergara oh okay. that's cool. Well, now @JoeManganiello and I are dating. Sooooo. Yaaaaaa."

E! News confirmed that Vergara and Manganiello are dating earlier this week. A source told us of the new couple, "They just started to hang out."

While we're not sure exactly when they met, they did pose for pics back in May during the 2014 White House Correspondents Dinner in Washington, D.C.
