Adam Levine, Stevie Nicks

Stevie Nicks is joining Team Adam on The Voice. E! News has confirmed Nicks will serve as an adviser to coach Adam Levine when the singing competition series returns for season seven on NBC.

Nicks previously performed with the first season winner, Javier Colon, on the season finale. Colon was on Team Adam. The official Voice Instagram shared the photo above.

The Associated Press first reported Nicks' involvement with The Voice. Other advisers will be announced soon. Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani join Levine in the big red chairs for season seven. This is the first season for Pharrell and Stefani.

The Fleetwood Mac singer recently popped up as herself in American Horror Story: Coven. She appeared in two episodes and performed in both.

Last year, Aloe Blacc served as adviser to Team Adam with Coldplay's Chris Martin serving as a source for all four coaches. Other Team Adam advisers have included Adam Blackstone, Hillary Scott and Mary J. Blige.

The Voice kicks off season seven on Monday, Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
