Jenny McCarthy is wasting no time before saying "I do" to Donnie Wahlberg.

The 41-year-old blond bombshell revealed on The View today that she and her hubby-to-be set a wedding date last night, and while she wouldn't share the exact time or place where the two will swap their vows, she did admit that their nuptials will take place "soon."

"I will say that. It's soon, it's very soon so if you guys have dress ideas please send them…" the former Playmate confessed.

"Like tomorrow?" cohost Sherri Shepherd chimed in.

"No, but it's soon [enough] that I should be on a treadmill as we speak or at least getting a manicure," she said as she held up her hands. "Can you see these I am just, like, not ready at all."

While we're sure McCarthy will have no trouble getting into tip-top shape for her wedding day, planning her "I do's" are undoubtedly a welcome distraction for the celeb, who, along with Sherri Shepherd, was recently revealed to be exiting the ABC talk show.

Jenny addressed her departure from the show on Monday and announced that she will soon be taking on another new gig. "All those rumors about how Sherri and I are leaving are not true!" the author said with a laugh. "We are staying!"

"Actually, it is true," she admitted. "But I love the support. Let me tell you what's going on. So grateful to have worked with Barbara Walters in her last year, as well as many producers and co-hosts, and after much consideration, I've taken a new job that will allow me to do what I do best. Which is talk without having to interrupt anyone. I will be announcing it in the next few weeks and I couldn't be more grateful for the fans like you guys who supported us so stay tuned...even if it does compete with The View."

McCarthy also recently gushed about her 44-year-old man in an interview with New You magazine, and it's clear she can't wait to marry her other half.

"He's my mirror," she said. "Things were always unbalanced in my previous relationships—I've either been a teacher or a student. With Donnie, we're just equal. I have my own identity and goals and he has his, yet we're so similar we work on them together."
