E! News confirms that cops were called to Justin Bieber's Beverly Hills condo after receiving a noise complaint shortly after 1 a.m. on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old pop star was partying with pals Floyd Mayweather, Tyrese, Tyga, Johnny Manziel and Chantel Jeffries, the same lady friend who was with the singer when he was arrested for DUI in Miami in January.
The Beverly Hills Police Department tells E! News that there were no violations and no one was cited or arrested. The officer said no one saw Bieber and no names were given. Police also said that they only responded to one complaint and the music was subsequently turned down.
Meanwhile, the Biebs has been making headlines for his on-again off-again relationship with Selena.
E! News recently learned that the "Come and Get" it singer is beginning to plan her 22nd birthday bash and currently, the "Boyfriend" crooner is on the guest list, despite her friends' disapproval.
"No one wants [the Biebs] to go. All her friends want him out of the picture and just want her to have a relaxing birthday with no trouble and they think he's going to dominate her attention," an insider tells us.
"She doesn't seem to care that he spends time with other women and isn't always honest with her. She's hypnotized. Her friends just want her to enjoy herself for her birthday, but if Justin attends it might complicate matters."
Indeed, one of Beiber's most recent Instagrams featured a cozy pic with gal-pals Jeffries and Catherine Paiz, although a source tells E! News that the Biebs and Jeffries are "just friends" and that he and Gomez are still together.
The two were most recently spotted together visiting the Los Angeles Zoo with Justin's grandparents last week and they seemed to have patched things up...at least for now.
"You just can't drop those feelings," a second source told us recently. "There is too much there.
