Despite his busy schedule, the commander in chief always makes time for the ladies in his life!

President Barack Obama and Sasha Obama enjoyed some quality father-daughter bonding time on Sunday as the pair hit up Great Falls Park in McLean, Va., for a relaxing hike.

The doting dad put his arm around the 13-year-old as they strolled through the woods. Sasha kept it casual for the outing, wearing black athletic shorts, a yellow tank and running shoes, while her pop donned blue jeans, a polo shirt and a baseball cap.

Meanwhile, Malia Obama was in California for an early birthday trip!

The 15-year-old, who celebrates her sweet 16 on July 4, visited Disneyland with a pal and was granted VIP access to several rides, including Pirates of the Caribbean and Splash Mountain!

The teenager has had quite the eventful month. She recently had the opportunity to work on the set of Halle Berry's new television series Extant, where she helped with computer shop alignments and was allowed to slate a take.

Mr. Obama opened up to Today's Jenna Bush Hager about his two daughters and his love of fatherhood.

"The main thing I'm going through right now is—is just the time goes by so quick. Malia will be gone in two years. You know, Sasha will be gone in five, and it seems like yesterday," he said.

"One of the things that I always tell young men who are maybe first-time fathers is—number one, it goes by quick. Number two—don't just spend time with your kids because it's good for the kids; understand that there's nothing that's going to be more precious in your life, and you are going to savor every memory."
