While the tension may have been brewing during season four of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards insists she's happy to have Lisa Vanderpump return.

"It will be good," the Bravo beauty told E! News exclusively at the Julius Jr. Toy Launch Party at The London Hotel in West Hollywood. "I'm glad she's coming back. We're friends."

Despite rampant speculation that Vanderpump would depart the hit reality series following a contentious season coupled with recent legal woes, the reality star took to Twitter on Monday to announce that she will be returning to the RHOBH when it premieres this fall.

"Well ok...Five has always been my lucky number, so we will see," she tweeted. "#rhobh Let the games begin."

While it may come as a surprise that Kyle called Lisa her "friend" considering the two feuded during season four over rumors related to Richards' marriage, the pair have seemingly repaired their friendship in recent weeks.

In fact, the on-again, off-again pals visited Lisa's new West Hollywood restaurant Pump on Friday, where the twosome enjoyed a fun-filled night with their hubbys.

"Fun night @ Pump w/ @LisaVanderpump & just a dozen off duty @us_navyseals No big deal @MauricioUmansky & @KenToddBH were a wee bit jell," Richards tweeted on Saturday morning to which Vanderpump replied, " @KyleRichards18 @us_navyseals @MauricioUmansky @KenToddBH Wee bit? Understatement of the year."

Meanwhile, filming for season five of the hit reality series is officially underway. In addition to Kyle and Lisa, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards and Yolanda Foster have all signed on for another season, while Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia were fired after last season and will not be returning.

"I can't believe we're on season five!" Kyle tells E! News. "Time flies! It's going to be a great season. I have no idea what is going to happen, where things are going to go, but I'm really excited and looking forward to this season!"

She added that it "will be really interesting to see how relationships develop, who becomes closer, who doesn't."

Can't wait. Let the drama begin!
