Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif recently appeared on Nightline, where they discussed plastic surgery nightmares, celebrity patients and their new show Botched, which centers around them attempting to fix cosmetic procedures gone wrong.

Dr. Dubrow dished on former supermodel Janice Dickinson's 30-year-old breast implants and why she was "the most challenging patient" he's ever had.

"Let's put it this way," he said. "If I never operate on Janice Dickinson again, that would be too soon."

One of their more unusual cases is Justin Jedlica (aka the human Ken doll), who went to see the doctors about helping him on his "quest to rebuild and remodify" his body, a self-designed process that includes quadricep implants, calf implants and lat implants.

The doctors don't exclusively treat high-profile patients or unusual cases, however. They also take on regular people who are suffering the repercussions of bad plastic surgery.

One such patient is 34-year-old Alicia Jenkins, who said that her "breasts look like Frankenstein" as the result of a poorly performed boob job that left her with a rather unusual uniboob.

"It's the worst I've ever seen," Dr. Dubrow pointed out.
