We cannot wait until the Magic Mike sequel.

"We start shooting in the fall," Joe Manganiello told me of Magic Mike XXL last night at the final season premiere of True Blood. "It's a road trip movie. All the guys will be back together and causing some mayhem."

And showing off new stripper moves.

Manganiello, who plays Big Dick Richie in MM, says he learned new routines from the real-life dancers in La Bare, the new documentary he directed about a male strip club in Dallas.

True Blood is down to shooting the last episodes of the series' final season.

"It's sad," Manganiello said. "It's sad to say goodbye to the character and the show…It really was an amazing experience for everyone who worked on it."

Luckily for us, Manganiello will be keeping in shape even after TB ends, unless of course Big Dick Richie "has a gut" in the Magic Mike follow-up.

Manganiello, who was decked out in a John Varvatos suit, laughed, "That ain't gonna happen."

Whew!

And for all you ladies out there, Manganiello played coy when asked if he's had any romance in his life after he and Bridget Peters broke up earlier this year. "It could be happening," he teased.

He revealed on the Today show in March that he won't let his work schedule get in the way of his love life. "You can't be too busy for love," he said. "You gotta find time for love. You can always find time. If it's the right one, it's the right one. It doesn't matter, it'll just work out."
