Jon Stewart has a bone to pick with those who supported going to war with Iraq more than a decade ago and who are now speaking out about the country's current situation.
The Daily Show host took some serious jabs at some of our nation's more hawkish politicians, officials and commentators, including Senator John McCain, who he claims were "wrong about the whole f--king thing" when the U.S. first went to war with Iraq in 2003 during the Bush administration.
"If you remember in the original rush to war—I mean diligently-planned, internationally-sanctioned freedom rave—there were some individuals who were wrong about the whole f--king thing, just wrong, just dead wrong, about everything, all of them," Stewart said on last night's episode.
He then showed clips of Senator Lindsay Graham, former Deputy Security of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, Bush's envoy to Iraq Paul Bremer and editor of the Weekly Standard William Kristol speaking about the ultimately disproven claims of weapons of mass destruction.
"By the way, you can have all these memorable screw-ups and more, just call and order "Now That's What I Call Being Completely F--king Wrong About Iraq,"" the comedian quipped.
