For some, Friday the 13th is their lucky day.

Such was the case for those at a Melbourne Children's Hospital, where Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban paid a visit last week. The attractive couple was in town for the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball, an annual fundraising event hosted by the Celebrate Life Foundation which raises money for both the Monash Children's Hospital and Sydney's Children's Hospital.

While in town, the two paid a visit to the Monash Children's Hospital in Clayton, where Urban serenaded the crowd with an impromptu performance of "Amazing Grace." Of course, Kidman joined in on the fun, and can be seen singing along (and showing off her impressive vocal chops!) in the video clip.

The Oscar-winning actress and her Grammy-winning hubby also took time to speak with the young patients and take photos with fans, who were clearly delighted to be in the company of the A-list duo. And they even reportedly donated an acoustic guitar to the hospital's neonatal ward, which was signed "With love, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman."

Kidman, who has two young children with Keith Urban and two kids from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise, opened up to the Melbourne newspaper the Herald Sun and revealed that her charity work is a crucial part of giving back after finding so much success in Hollywood.

"It's one of the most important things I do," the 46-year-old thesp revealed. "I have been doing it since I became well known in the movie industry."

"It's deeply sad," Kidman added, speaking about the young patients in the hospital. "But events like the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball ensure that we are able to give to families in need. Even if it is just listening and hugging and showing support, then it's worth it."
