Two words immediately came to mind when we caught up with Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting last week: holy abs!
The Big Bang Theory beauty stunned in a floral crop top and matching pants by Rebecca Taylor when she attended the launch of the designer's Little White Dress Capsule Collection benefitting Baby Buggy on Thursday—and we couldn't help but let our jaws drop when we laid eyes on her superfit figure.
So what the heck does she do to look so good?!
"Spinning is my thing, I do a lot of hiking and I ride horses so I'm always kind of active," she revealed to E! News. "I think it's about finding something you love because who loves to work out? I don't know anybody. You just gotta find something you love to do."
Not only was Kaley flaunting her insane figure, but she was also rocking her new sassy short 'do like a pro. But does she have any regrets about chopping off her locks?
Nope!
"I love it too," she gushed after we complimented the actress on her super-cute cut. "I didn't care what anybody thought I needed to chop it all off. I needed a change, I've had long hair my whole life and I wanted a change. And I think what edged me is that my husband loves short hair…he couldn't wait for me to cut it and so that made me more excited. So he loves it."
Cuoco-Sweeting added that she cut her hair the day she wrapped season seven on her hit CBS comedy. "I needed a little bit of a reinvention for myself and it feels so good I love it," she gushed.
So do we! And now that we know Kaley can rock a floral crop top and a short haircut better than rest, we had to ask the newlywed to share her summer must-haves.
"A white dress for sure, which I do have a few," she said. "I'm really into those Givenchy sandals that look like they're loafer-y types—I'm obsessed with. I bought them in every single color. And definitely my flip flops, I always have a pair of flip flops no matter where I'm going. Like even tonight—they're in the car so I'm going to switch those real fast. You can't wear shoes in the summer!"
