Pacific Coast News, AKM-GSIUPDATE: Sediuk was sentenced to three years' probation, 20 days of community labor and a year of psychological counseling after pleading no contest to charges of battery and unlawful activity at a sporting or entertainment event. The other charges pending against him were dropped. A judge also ordered Sediuk to stay at least 500 yards away from all red carpets, movie premieres and entertainment events.
He was released from custody and ordered to appear at a hearing July 8, where he will have to show proof of enrollment in a program.

Vitalii Sediuk is facing the consequences after his attack on Brad Pitt earlier this week at the Hollywood premiere of Maleficent.
The L.A. City Attorney is pressing four charges against the infamous Hollywood prankster following his latest stunt on Angelina Jolie's other half, E! News has exclusively learned.
The four charges that Sediuk has been hit with include Battery, Assault, Unlawful Activity at a Sporting Event, Theatrical or Exhibition and Unlawful Delay or Interference of a Sporting Event, Theatrical or Exhibition. They will also be asking for a stay-away order from multiple upcoming entertainment industry events.
News of the multiple charges comes two days after Sediuk's Wednesday night attack on Pitt in which he jumped a security barricade and rushed the Oscar winner before security personnel physically detained the Ukrainian personality.
Yesterday, E! News learned that Pitt, 50, had been granted an emergency protective order against Sediuk by law enforcement officials. This particular type of protective order is only valid for five days, so the actor will be forced to go to court should he want a longer restraining order.
Despite being attacked on the red carpet, Pitt seemingly brushed off the incident and was seen laughing and smiling just minutes after the stunt on Wednesday night.
After Sediuk's attack, a Maleficent movie studio rep told E! News, "This was an unfortunately and inappropriate incident that is being investigated by the LAPD."
